Below is a short overview of what data we process through this site and what choice you have. Our full business details are in the footer.
1. Who processes your data?
MM Software Solutions is the data controller. Full business details (name, VAT number, location) are in the footer at the bottom of every page. Questions about your data? Email mohamed@mmsoftwaresolutions.be.
2. What data do we process?
This website has no contact form. If you email us or book a call via Calendly, we process what you provide yourself (name, email address and the content of your message) to handle your enquiry. In addition, our hosting partner records technical data (such as your IP address) in server logs for site operation and security.
3. Cookies
We only set strictly necessary cookies. With your consent in the cookie banner we load Google Analytics to anonymously measure visits. No consent = no analytics. We store your choice locally in your browser (localStorage) so the banner does not reappear every visit. You can change your preference at any time via the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.
4. External services
Google Analytics measures visits with consent, with IP anonymisation enabled. If you book a call via Calendly, Calendly processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn and GitHub take you to those external services, each with their own privacy terms.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We keep emails and related correspondence no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry, unless legal obligations require longer (e.g. for invoicing). Technical logs are rotated automatically by our hosting partner.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to mohamed@mmsoftwaresolutions.be. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
